Apple has received an extension in the timeline that it has to reply to a courtroom purchase to modify an Iphone for the FBI. The deadline, at first Tuesday, has been pushed out to Friday, February 26th, TechCrunch has discovered.
Apple will need to make its case why the FBI’s ask for to create a particular version of iOS is burdensome and taxes the limits of the two hundred-year-aged All Writs Act. Information of the extension was previously noted by Bloomberg.
