Vice and Apple Songs launch The Score, a docu-sequence about nearby music scenes

[ad_1]

Vice and Apple Songs are teaming up to launch a new docu-sequence that requires a challenging seem at some of the most fascinating nearby music scenes in the earth.

The presser doesn’t give a entire ton of depth, but did involve descriptions of a techno scene in South Africa and hip hop coming straight out of Minnesota’s Native American nations.

The sequence will be termed The Score and will involve 6 episodes.

What is cooler, potentially, is that each episode will be accompanied by a specially produced playlist on Apple Songs that offers viewers a further dive into the true musical vibe of each nearby scene.

Episode One follows the music found on the Purple Lake Reservation in Minnesota, termed “Reservation Rap”, motivated by the culture and the heritage of the Ojibwa individuals. Other episodes will exhibit the Vice crew traveling to sites like Brazil, Iceland and Vietnam, amongst others.

The initial episode is obtainable to stream now.

You can check out the trailer listed here.
